- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 8 oz sliced turkey breast
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 oz Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Slice each ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
- Generously butter the outer sides of each piece of ciabatta.
- On the inner side of one piece of bread, layer sliced turkey breast, followed by cranberry sauce. Top with Swiss cheese and place the other half of bread on top.
- Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat. Grill the assembled panini until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
