Description

Indulge in this Turkey & Cranberry Panini, where crispy ciabatta encases tender turkey and tart cranberry sauce for a satisfying meal that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 8 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Slice each ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
  2. Generously butter the outer sides of each piece of ciabatta.
  3. On the inner side of one piece of bread, layer sliced turkey breast, followed by cranberry sauce. Top with Swiss cheese and place the other half of bread on top.
  4. Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat. Grill the assembled panini until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  5. Once toasted, remove from heat, let cool for a minute, then slice into triangles. Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.
