- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, cilantro, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into small oval patties or logs.
- Place the koftas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- While the koftas are baking, whisk together pomegranate molasses and Greek yogurt in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
