  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Slice the beef sirloin against the grain for tenderness. Cut bell peppers into strips and broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, grated ginger, and honey. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Once hot, add the beef in a single layer. Sear without moving for about 3 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Cook together for another 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Add the prepared sauce to the skillet, stirring well to coat all ingredients evenly. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Transfer stir fry to plates or serve directly from the pan. Optionally drizzle with extra sesame oil before enjoying!
