- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Small pretzel twists (for antlers)
- Maraschino cherries (for noses)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring gently.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners about two-thirds full. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cupcakes cool, beat the softened cream cheese and butter in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until you reach desired sweetness and consistency.
- Once cooled, generously frost each cupcake with the cream cheese frosting. Insert two pretzels into each cupcake for antlers and place a maraschino cherry on top as Rudolph's nose.
