Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time into the butter mixture, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Stir gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in the M&Ms to avoid breaking them apart.
- Spoon the batter into your prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
