Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add cold water until dough forms. Press into a greased pie dish and crimp edges.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, mix mixed berries with granulated sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Gently toss until coated.
- Pour berry mixture into the prepared pie crust evenly.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter. Mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry filling.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 45–50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
