  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  2. Gradually add cold water until dough forms. Press into a greased pie dish and crimp edges.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while preparing the filling.
  4. In a large bowl, mix mixed berries with granulated sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Gently toss until coated.
  5. Pour berry mixture into the prepared pie crust evenly.
  6. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter. Mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry filling.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for about 45–50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
