- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 28 ounces canned crushed tomatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, and onion. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should be at least 160°F/70°C).
- While the meatballs are baking, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add crushed tomatoes along with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Once the meatballs are ready, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra sauce on top.
