Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, combine grape jelly and barbecue sauce in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until well mixed and warmed through.
