  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
