- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)

Instructions
- Chop the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chopped chicken to the marinade and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread marinated chicken onto skewers (soak wooden skewers in water first if using).
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), turning halfway through cooking.
