Description

Indulge in these tender turkey morsels enveloped in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well using your hands.
  3. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about one inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbling. Stir in the remaining garlic and cook for about two minutes until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the turkey bites. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once out of the oven, drizzle with the remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
