- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well using your hands.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about one inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbling. Stir in the remaining garlic and cook for about two minutes until fragrant.
- Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the turkey bites. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle with the remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
