Description

Garlic Buffalo Chicken Bites are irresistibly crispy, spicy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for game nights or casual gatherings, they’ll be the star of any appetizer spread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, and buffalo sauce. Toss in the chicken pieces until well coated.
  4. Spread the chicken on the prepared baking dish in a single layer. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in additional buffalo sauce and honey until well combined.
  6. Once the chicken bites are done baking, drizzle them generously with the homemade sauce before serving hot.
