- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, and buffalo sauce. Toss in the chicken pieces until well coated.
- Spread the chicken on the prepared baking dish in a single layer. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in additional buffalo sauce and honey until well combined.
- Once the chicken bites are done baking, drizzle them generously with the homemade sauce before serving hot.
