Description

Indulge in a savory Deep Hamburger Sausage & Pepperoni Pie, featuring a golden crust and a deliciously hearty filling that’s perfect for family gatherings and game nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14 oz) pizza dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz Italian sausage
  • 6 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups pasta sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's large enough for your pie dish.
  3. Place half of the rolled dough into the greased pie dish, allowing it to hang over the edges.
  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine ground beef and Italian sausage. Add chopped onions and minced garlic.
  5. Cook until browned and fragrant, about 8–10 minutes.
  6. Stir in pepperoni slices and pasta sauce; let simmer on low heat for about five minutes.
  7. Spoon the meat mixture evenly into the dough-lined pie dish.
  8. Fold over the edges of the dough to enclose the filling.
  9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top before baking.
  10. Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
