Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add heavy cream and chicken broth along with dried herbs. Stir until combined and bubbly.
- Once meatballs are done baking, add them to the skillet with the sauce and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
