  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
