Description

Creamy Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine is a comforting dish featuring tender chicken and linguine enveloped in a rich, buttery sauce, perfect for family dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet (add more butter if necessary), sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream while stirring until well combined.
  4. Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet along with drained linguine. Toss everything together to coat pasta in the creamy sauce.
  5. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over your dish before serving.
  6. Plate generous portions for everyone, drizzling any remaining sauce over top for extra flavor.
