- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
- In the same skillet (add more butter if necessary), sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream while stirring until well combined.
- Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet along with drained linguine. Toss everything together to coat pasta in the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over your dish before serving.
