- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and celery until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet with enough space between each ball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Check halfway for doneness.
