Description

Delight in these flavorful Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls, combining savory turkey and sweet cranberries for a festive treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and celery until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  4. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet with enough space between each ball.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Check halfway for doneness.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter while still warm. Enjoy with cranberry sauce or gravy if desired.
