- Place Saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine unsalted butter and light brown sugar. Stir until bubbling, then let it boil for about three minutes while stirring constantly.
- Carefully pour the bubbling toffee mixture over the arranged Saltine crackers, ensuring each cracker is well-coated.
- Bake for about five minutes until the edges are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the hot toffee, followed by semi-sweet chocolate chips.
