- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients; Gather all ingredients. Dice chicken and slice veggies so they’re ready to use.
- Cook the Chicken; In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add oil and cook the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through (about 5 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
