- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4–5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Remove cooked chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding it using two forks.
- Place shredded chicken in the center of each tortilla and top generously with shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 5 minutes until everything is warm and melty.
