  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  4. Remove cooked chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding it using two forks.
  5. Place shredded chicken in the center of each tortilla and top generously with shredded cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
