- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form small meatballs (about one inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, drizzle them with the glaze and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
