  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form small meatballs (about one inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  6. Simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  7. Once the meatballs are cooked, drizzle them with the glaze and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
