Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add 1/4 cup of sugar and let it bubble.
- Add apple wedges to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Toss in the chopped hazelnuts and cinnamon; stir gently to combine.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it over the apple mixture in the skillet. Trim any excess pastry around the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before flipping onto a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
