Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Toss until well mixed and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the fruit filling evenly into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the oat topping over the fruit mixture, covering it completely.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
