Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth and glossy.
  2. 2. Mix Mascarpone: In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar. Stir until fully blended.
