Description

Ground Beef Sheet Pan Lasagna is a delightful one-pan meal that features layers of savory ground beef, creamy ricotta, and gooey mozzarella, baked to perfection for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 12 oz no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula—about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your prepared baking sheet.
  5. Lay down lasagna noodles side by side, add half of the ricotta mixture followed by half of the mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of marinara sauce and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Finish with one last layer of noodles topped with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese generously on top.
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
