Description

Indulge in these delightful Snowman Oreo Balls, a whimsical holiday treat combining creamy filling and rich chocolate for a festive snack that’s perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate melts
  • Black gel icing
  • Mini chocolate chips (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined, resembling wet sand that can easily be molded.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about one inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the rolled balls in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  5. While chilling, melt the white chocolate according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate until fully coated and return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Before the chocolate sets completely (about two minutes), use mini chocolate chips for eyes and black gel icing for buttons and smiles.
  8. Allow Snowman Oreo Balls to cool completely on the baking sheet until set before serving or gifting.
