Description

Indulge in this quick and savory Keto Beef and Broccoli dish, featuring tender beef and crisp broccoli in a flavorful sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef sirloin with soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Wash broccoli florets thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add about 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the hot skillet (in batches if necessary). Sear until browned and cooked through—about three to four minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, toss in broccoli florets and stir-fry for about three minutes until bright green yet still crisp.
  6. Return beef to the skillet with broccoli and mix well. Drizzle with additional soy sauce if desired for more flavor! Serve hot.
